A streamlined, in-house production pipeline built to deliver precision repeatability from raw stock to finished mechanical parts.
Raw metallic rounds, bars, and sheet stock are received, visually examined, and inspected for baseline surface integrity before entering the shop floor.
Parts are turned on Sliding Head / Troub automatics, formed on Cold Header machines, stamped via Power Presses, or shaped on multi-axis CNC & VMC machining centers.
Intermediate workpieces pass directly to secondary stations for precision slotting, cross-hole drilling, single-point threading, and mechanical tapping.
Components undergo in-house electroplating and surface passivation to enhance corrosion resistance and meet specified electrical/mechanical parameters.
Batch sampling and dimensional measurement verify that all diameters (1mm–25mm), pitch leads, and hole depths conform to customer drawings.
Inspected components are safely packaged to avoid transit friction and dispatched via Road Transport, Courier, or Air Services within 7–15 working days.
Complex components rarely require single-stage turning alone. Our facility integrates full secondary machining stations to eliminate third-party logistics overhead and prevent geometrical discrepancies.
Whether producing micro turned pins at 1mm or heavy stamped brackets up to 25mm, all tooling and multi-operation sequences are calibrated directly to customer print specifications.
